We are delighted to invite pupils and their Grandparents to join us for tea and cake on Monday 14th October 2024. Due to the limited number of places, we are restricting the event to pupils (Hive to Year 13) with their Grandparents only please. So sorry Parents, but we promise there be other events for the whole family to enjoy throughout the year. 

Due to requests, we are offering tours around the School before serving tea in our Main Hall this year, but please note these must be booked in advance. We will not be able to accommodate bookings on the day.

To ensure the smooth running of the event and to co-ordinate the logistics of pupils being able to join us from across the School at the end of their day, we would ask for you to note the following:

Timings for Infant and Junior Families 

• Grandparents' Tour for Infant and Junior Pupils 3pm to 3.35pm
• Pupils finishing at 3.30pm should be collected by their Grandparents from the Infant and Junior School Gate.They will be accompanied across site to the Main Hall for their tea
• Pupils with an after-school club should be collected from their club by their Grandparents and brought round to the Main School gate where staff will be on hand to direct the pupils and their Grandparents to the Main Hall

Timings for Senior Families 

• Grandparents' Tour for Senior Pupils 3.35pm to 4.05pm
• Pupils without any clubs should should meet their Grandparents at the Main School gate at the end of their School day and accompany them to the Main Hall
• Pupils with a club should follow the same instructions as above, and meet their Grandparents by the Main School Gate after their club has finished before accompanying them to the Main Hall.  

If you are registering on behalf of your family, please add your details under 'person registering' to the basket first and then add the number of Pupils and Grandparent tickets you require. Please ensure you select whether the Grandparents will require a tour of School when booking.

Booking will close on Wednesday 9th October or when our capacity has been reached.
