Thank you
A thank you message from Dr Neill as she retires from Clifton High School
Thank you Dr Neill for your outstanding service to Clifton High School
My sincerest thanks and very best wishes
Clifton High parents, I would like to express my most sincere and heartfelt thanks to all who contributed to my retirement gift. It was genuinely thoughtful and extremely generous of you.
I will treasure the word-cloud image of our School emblem, the rose. What an ingenious and exclusive keepsake. Oh, to have been a ‘fly on the wall’ as you and your children tried to sum me up in just three words. No mean feat!
I have, indeed, been truly fortunate to have spent the majority of my career at the High School working with inspiring and talented children and young people. Our pupils’ never cease to amaze and enrich our School, on a daily basis, with their exceptional personal qualities, intellect and individual brilliance.
It has been an immense privilege and a pleasure to lead as Head of School. Thank you for your support, loyalty and friendship over the years’. Your trust in me has been invaluable to our successes.
I will raise a glass to the future for you all and our dear School. I shall really miss not being there on the drive next week to welcome you and your family back for a new school year!
My very best wishes to you all, across the school community, for a less disruptive and more promising year ahead. Au revoir!
With so much love,
Alison
